Ahmed Ashraf Salaheldin Contracting and Building Works L.L.C. — AASC — is the Group’s licensed company in the UAE: contracting and fit-out, together with licensed general trading, import, export and general supply. Stores, an office, a façade, villa communities and festival infrastructure across four cities in three Emirates — Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, including Al Ain.

Founded on an architectural practice in 2014 and led by its founder, a PMP-certified architect with 17 years of construction-management experience across the three countries.
Trading & supply
Specification-led sourcing, across sectors.
General trading, import, export and institutional supply are licensed activities of the Egypt and UAE companies. We assess procurement enquiries from institutional, commercial and industrial organisations — including civil aviation and airport-related operations — against their specifications, supplier qualifications and the approvals they require. Belarusian pine sawn timber remains a permanent supply line, direct from an affiliated source in Gomel.
