The Group

One group. Three licensed companies. Four lines.

Zein Group began as an architectural practice in Menoufia, Egypt, in 2014. Construction, finishing, trading and technology developed from that practice over different, overlapping periods — and the Group now operates through licensed companies in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

  1. 2014Historical milestone

    Architectural practice, Menoufia

    The origin of the line: architecture and interior design, and the first urban-planning schemes in Menoufia.

  2. 2014 – 2021Historical milestone

    Urban planning practice

    Subdivision and development schemes — Al-Naggar across four phases approved by decree. Documented portfolio (2014–2017): 395,000 m².

  3. 2017Historical milestone

    Construction and finishing

    Private residential buildings and finishing units in Shebin El Kom, then Cairo and Giza — the construction and finishing lines begin.

  4. 2018 – 2025Historical milestone

    Institutional programmes, Egypt

    Civil registries, security facilities and Al-Khamayel Phase IV through Ministry of Interior investment-system entities — 30+ MOI works within a record of 100+.

  5. 2019 → 2021Verified current capability

    Contractors’ classification

    Registered with the Egyptian Federation for Construction & Building Contractors in Category 7 (2019), upgraded to Category 5 (2021). Certificate renewal in progress; the classification category is unaffected.

  6. 2023Historical milestone

    Saudi Arabia

    Zein Group Contracting LLC SP, Riyadh — the Group’s operating presence in the Kingdom.

    AMAALA, Red Sea

    Participation in blockwork and plastering at Four Seasons AMAALA through National Peaks Contracting Co.

  8. 2024Historical milestone

    United Arab Emirates

    AASC licensed in Dubai: contracting and fit-out, with general trading, import, export and general supply.

  9. 2025 – 2026Verified current capability

    Ten UAE destinations

    Deraah stores and office, the Sharjah Central façade, DAMAC villa finishing and the Al Ain Flower Festival infrastructure.

    Trading and supply

    General trading, import, export and institutional supply through the Egypt and UAE companies; Belarusian pine cut to order as the permanent core line.

Leadership

Led by its founder.

Ahmed Ashraf Zeineldin founded the practice in 2014 and leads the Group across the three countries. B.Sc. Architectural Engineering, Menoufia University (2009); PMP (2014); 17 years of construction-management experience.
