Trading & supply

Specification-led sourcing,across sectors.

General trading, import, export and institutional supply are licensed activities of the Group’s companies in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. We work from the buyer’s specification — sourcing, reviewing, offering and documenting each requirement as its own enquiry — for institutional, commercial and industrial organisations, including civil aviation and airport-related operations.

Sectors we source for.

We welcome procurement enquiries from institutional, commercial and industrial organisations, including civil aviation and airport-related operations. Each requirement is reviewed against its technical specifications, supplier qualifications and applicable regulatory approvals — before anything is offered.

  • Institutional and government

    Ministries, authorities and public-sector programmes

  • Commercial and real estate

    Developers, operators and fit-out programmes

  • Industrial

    Plants, facilities and maintenance requirements

  • Hospitality and fit-out

Materials, finishes and furniture to specification

  • Civil aviation and airport operations

Ground-side and facility requirements, assessed against the applicable standards and approvals

  • Construction materials and timber

Including Belarusian pine as a permanent line

Two licensed companies. One supply line.

Each company trades under its own registration in its own market; cross-border supply is arranged through the one closest to the destination.

How a supply enquiry moves along the line.

Six stations. Each one produces something the buyer can see — a review, an offer, a document — before the next begins.

  1. 01

    Specification

The buyer states what is needed: item, specification or standard, quantity, destination and timing.

  2. 02

    Sourcing

We identify the source — a producer, a stockist or an affiliated supplier — and confirm it can meet the specification.

  3. 03

    Technical and commercial review

Feasibility, lead time, logistics and compliance for the destination are checked before anything is promised.

  4. 04

    Offer

A written offer: confirmed specification, quantity, price basis, delivery terms and validity.

  5. 05

    Documentation

Export, shipping, origin and conformity documents are arranged according to the destination’s requirements.

  6. 06

    Delivery

Dispatch and delivery to the agreed point, with the documents the buyer needs to receive the goods.

RFQ-ready.

Procurement teams work to a document. So do we: every enquiry is answered with a written technical and commercial review against the stated specification, and every offer carries the documents the tender requires.

  1. 01

    Specification review

Item, standard or specification, quantity and the approvals the destination demands

  2. 02

    Supplier qualification

Source identified and qualified against the specification before an offer is made

  3. 03

    Written offer

Confirmed specification, price basis, delivery terms, validity

  4. 04

    Documentation

Origin, conformity, shipping and export documents per the destination’s requirements

  5. 05

    Delivery

To the agreed point, with the documents needed to receive the goods

What we take on.

Institutional and project supply specified by the buyer — where sourcing is feasible, the specification is clear and the route to the destination can be documented. We do not publish a product list; we confirm each requirement on its own terms and say so plainly when something is outside what we can source well.

What to send with an enquiry

  1. Item and specification (or the standard it must meet)
  2. Quantity and packaging requirement
  3. Destination country and delivery point
  4. Required timing
  5. Any certificates or documents the destination demands

Permanent supply line

Belarusian pine, cut to order.

Within the broader sourcing capability, one supply the Group keeps as a standing line: pine sawn timber from the Gomel region of Belarus, cut to the buyer’s length × width × thickness, supplied direct from an affiliated source. The timber catalogue sets out the specification, indicative applications and the way an enquiry works.

Send the specification. We reply with a review, not a catalogue.

Use the contact form and choose “Trading and supply”, or write to info@zeingroup.net with the specification attached.
