Who handles your enquiry

Each legal company within Zein Group is responsible for enquiries and personal data relating to its own business activities, projects and customer relationships.

The Group's companies are:

Egypt: زين جروب للتصميمات المعمارية وإدارة المشاريع والمقاولات — the Group’s Egyptian limited liability company. United Arab Emirates: AHMED ASHRAF SALAHELDIN CONTRACTING AND BUILDING WORKS L.L.C. (AASC). Saudi Arabia: شركة زين جروب للمقاولات شخص واحد — the Group’s Saudi Arabian single-member limited liability company.

Website enquiries are first received at info@zeingroup.net, the Group's shared initial contact and enquiry-routing point. Enquiries about Egypt, the UAE or Saudi Arabia are assigned to the relevant legal company. Enquiries about internal divisions or research and development programmes are handled by the legal company responsible for that activity. General enquiries and enquiries involving more than one company are assessed centrally and routed as appropriate.

The central mailbox is also the initial contact for privacy requests. A request is directed to the company responsible for the relevant enquiry or relationship. We will identify that company when handling your request. Central receipt and routing do not make an internal division or programme a separate legal company.

Information processed

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, project country, enquiry category and message, together with your company and telephone number if you provide them. The contact handler also includes the submission time, source website and your IP address in the email delivered to our enquiry mailbox. If you email us directly, your correspondence and the contact information you include are processed as part of that enquiry.

The website uses browser session storage to remember the opening animation, project-filter choices and scroll positions during navigation. The contact handler uses submission timestamps and a file identified by a hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. Hosting services may also process request and security logs.

Why information is used

Enquiry information is used to understand and respond to your request, prepare a quotation or arrange a project discussion where requested, and maintain the related correspondence. Necessary technical information is also used to operate the website, reduce misuse and investigate delivery or security issues.

We do not sell or rent enquiry information or provide it to third parties for their own marketing. This does not exclude the service-provider processing described below.

Internal routing, service providers and external resources

Central assessment and routing may involve handling enquiry information between the relevant Group companies in Egypt, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This can involve cross-border disclosure. The information needed to assess and handle your enquiry is routed to the relevant company; a general or multi-company enquiry may involve more than one company.

The website is hosted by GoDaddy. Contact-form messages pass through the website's email transport to info@zeingroup.net and are handled using the Group's Google Workspace email service. These providers process information in providing their services.

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when those resources load. GoDaddy Real User Metrics is disabled for this hosting configuration. External resources and linked websites are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Service providers may process information in countries other than the country from which you contact us. Questions about the providers and processing relevant to your enquiry can be sent to info@zeingroup.net.

Storage, retention and security

The website application does not keep a separate database of contact-message content. Messages are delivered by email; email systems, hosting services, logs and backups may retain information separately. The one-hour rate-limiting window does not mean that its server files are automatically deleted after one hour.

Enquiry correspondence is retained according to the purpose of the enquiry, any resulting work and applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no single retention period stated here for all messages, logs or backups. To ask about retention relevant to your information, contact info@zeingroup.net.

HTTPS protects data in transit to the website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Requests about your information

You can contact info@zeingroup.net to request access to, correction of or deletion of the enquiry information you supplied, or to ask us to stop contacting you about the enquiry. We may need to verify your identity and identify the company handling your request. The response will take account of applicable requirements and any information that needs to be retained for ongoing work or recordkeeping obligations.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through the general enquiry form.
